Star Opus I Episode 1 Pathway to the Pollux

When people have some time on their hands, they like to do different things to have fun. Some people like to go for a leisurely stroll in the park, perhaps take their dog with them. Other people like to go out for a drink with their friends, or perhaps see a movie.

To my mind, you don’t have to go out to have some fun. You can put your computer to good use and have some fun playing a computer game. That’s what I would do, anyway. The thing is that there are tons and tons of games to choose from, so which one to play?

I would advise you to try Star Opus 1 Episode 1 “Pathway to the Pollux” offered by the EMS-Project. It is a fun space action adventure game that features Asteroids-style motion control and shooting. Play this game and you will get to face a grand total of 25 different enemies. That's the nice thing about Star Opus 1 Episode 1 – the large number of enemies you have to face and the various challenges each level in the game poses.

Another nice thing about Star Opus 1 Episode 1 is that it is offered free of charge. You can get the game and play it on your Windows-powered machine without having to part with your hard earned money. Keep your money in your pocket and spend it later on, when you decide that you want to go out. I know I said above that I would much rather play a nice game than go out, but that’s not to say that I never want to go out.

Yet another nice thing about Star Opus 1 Episode 1 is that you don’t have to install it. Simply download a close to 20MB executable (should not take long for the download to complete on a high-speed internet connection) and run it. The game will be up and running in a blink.

Every game needs to have a story behind it. The story behind Star Opus 1 Episode 1 is this:
"It is year 2237. They came from behind the stars.
They came from unknown. They took our galaxy.
The 'Huge Kaou Pih' is stronger than ever. It's a war now."

The bottom line is this: if you’re looking for a fun and free space action adventure game with an Asteroids feel, you are very well advised to get Star Opus 1 Episode One “Pathway to the Pollux”.
